Greetings and good morning,

I do not care if it’s going to be 80 degrees today, its finally the best month of the year: OCTOBER! Take this as a reminder to purchase that Amazon cart full of costume pieces that’s been sitting around for the past two weeks and also to pay your rent.

And while you’re at it, read some news about the arts in the Twin Cities!

Happy almost Halloween everyone,

Sophia

by Emma Vasa | Published Sept. 28, 2025

If you are lucky, you may have the chance to spot a 27-foot hot dog rolling into your nearest city.

For 89 years, the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile has hauled buns across America with one mission: spreading joy.

Hotdoggers Camila Fowler and Hunter Gonzales are two of 12 active Wienermobile pilots on a yearlong “weenie roast” from coast to coast. The duo has visited more than a dozen cities over the past four months, stopping at summer camps, rodeos and even crashing a wedding.
